I recently received a nifty gift from Vmarx in the form of a "Cosmo Jetz". These crazy wind-up critters consist of a bunch of wire legs attached to a small metal frame. Inside is a simple spring mechanism that causes a counterweight [happily, the same kind that is inside a Dual Shock PSX controller] to spin, resulting in jittering, tumbling joy for all.
